The service
YourTurn is a marketplace for group buys (“turns”). When you join a turn we place a hold on your payment method; you are charged the group price only if the turn fills before its timer ends. If it doesn’t fill, the hold is released and you are not charged. “Buy now” purchases settle immediately at the solo price.
Your account
You’re responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your contact and shipping details accurate. You can request deletion of your account at any time — in the app or by emailing us.
Sellers & fulfillment
Products are sold by independent sellers, who are responsible for fulfilling and shipping orders. Refunds are handled per the order and the seller’s policy; eligible refunds are returned to your original payment method.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. By placing a hold or buying, you authorize the applicable charge (item price plus any shipping shown at checkout).
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the service, attempt fraud, or interfere with its operation. We may suspend accounts that do.
