What is a “turn”?

A turn is a group buy. Lots of people join the same turn, and the price drops as more people pile in. If enough people join before the timer runs out, the turn fills and everyone gets the low group price.

When am I actually charged?

When you join, we place a holdon your card — not a charge. You’re only charged if the turn fills before the timer ends, and you pay the group price, not the price when you joined. If it doesn’t fill, the hold is released and you pay nothing.

Can I undo a join?

Yes — you have a 2-minute window to undo a join. After that the seat is committed (you can still find your live joins under “Mine”). Undoing releases the hold and frees your spot.

How does the price drop?

Each turn has price tiers: at set numbers of joiners the group price steps down, and when the turn fills everyone pays the lowest unlocked tier. Inviting friends fills it faster — every join lowers the price for the whole group.

What’s the 2% referral reward?

Share your personal link to a turn and, for every friend who joins through it, you get an extra 2% off your own price— stacking all the way to free if the turn fills. It’s separate from the group price drop, and it’s only applied when the turn fills.

What’s “Buy now”?

Don’t want to wait for the group? Buy now purchases the item immediately at the solo price — no waiting on the timer or the fill.

Shipping & where it ships from

Any shipping fee is shown on the turn and added at checkout (it’s included in the hold). Turns also show where the item ships from. Some sellers don’t ship to every area — if a turn isn’t available in your ZIP, it’ll say so.

Refunds & returns

Products are sold by independent sellers, who handle fulfillment. If something’s wrong with your order, contact us and we’ll help — eligible refunds go back to your original payment method.

How do I sell on YourTurn?

Tap Start selling from your profile to request a seller account. Once approved, set up payouts through Stripe and open your first turn. You get a full seller portal with your sales, orders, and earnings.

What does it cost to sell?

YourTurn keeps a flat 4.9%commission on net sales; the rest of the processing fee covers card costs. Your earnings settle to your connected Stripe account on Stripe’s payout schedule. Your seller Earnings page breaks every number down.
